Taro is a true Polynesian delicacy and eaten extensively
throughout all pacific island groups. We export the 3 main varieties
below in the packaging specified. It can be best served in both
savoury and sweet forms whilst maintaining the qualities and flavours
for which it is famous.
We have for variety, recipes for your information. However the traditionally
sweet Taro cake or served savoury in coconut cream as part of a
well-balanced meal, will aid in a healthy and energy filled diet.
