Kingdom Fresh Preparation and Processing
Once these products are carefully selected, by age, taste and texture, they are carefully prepared for food preparation, peeled and wash cleaned. Immediately after peeling and cleaned they are blast frozen down to a temperature of -30°C -40°C.

Blast freezing will maintain the freshness of the product from the time that it was peeled and cleaned till the time it is ready to be served for consumption. This will ensure quality and a taste experience second only to immediate consumption.

Immediately post blast freezing, the produce is packed, in a HACCP processing area, into specified sized plastic bags, dependant on the nature of the order of supply. Each bag is labeled by date of packing and an approximate use by date of the product that in most cases is 12 months from the date of harvest. We guarantee the quality at all times up until the time of expiry.

The bags are then loaded into a temperature controlled container, normally set at -20degrees Centigrade, and shipped to the produce's port of destination, its eventual market and your dinning tables.
