Fresh Cassava
Our premium quality cassava is packed into 2kg serving bags and
then placed in bulk 10kg cartons. For our USA customers the packaging
will be in a convenient 4.4lb serving bag and then into 22lb cartons.
The bags and cartons make it easy for storage and the right serving
for a small-medium size family. The particular variety exported
is Fijian Cassava, however Golden Cassava
is also available by special request.
Some nutritionists see cassava as super carbohydrate food. We have
some recipes online for variety. For taste sensation and an alternative
to other root products it is best served in coconut cream as an
important part to a well-balanced meal.
